You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

2. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans including Basic ($9/month), Premium ($19/month), and Corporate ($49/month), billed monthly or annually in advance.

• Billing: Non-refundable except as required by law.
• Payment: Credit cards and approved payment providers.
• Price Changes: Continued use after notice means acceptance.
• Cancellation: Ends at the end of billing period.
• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Use of Services

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for lawful use only.

• No illegal or abusive use
• No reverse engineering or scraping
• No interference with systems or users
• No infringing or harmful content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of submitted content but grant us a license to use it to operate the Services. Outputs are provided “as is” and must be validated by you before production use.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, AI models, and designs are owned by Scenographist or licensors. Trademarks may not be used without written permission.

7. Privacy

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

10. Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in Geneva, Switzerland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
